But I feel like it represents the culmination of all my recent interests, a love of photography and focal depths, thoughts about architectural spaces and patterns, and biological concepts about bones. This only took like five minutes. But I was extremely happy with the results. This echoes my understanding in poetry, that sometimes the coolest combination of my thoughts join in something beautiful. Inspired by dinosaur skeletons museums, this work aims to encapsulate the beauty of repeated rib and vertebrae units in animal thoracic cavities. Camera movements with focal length changes bestows life to this inanimate object.
